We then attended to a reported leaking spa return line in Birkdale.
Upon arrival we noted a complicated pump filtration setup with the spa feeding into the pool.

We pressure tested the spa return line which did not hold pressure after a series of further tests we identified the likely leak site under pavers under concrete beside one of the spa jets.

We removed the pavers then the concrete and excavated down to locate a failed 25mm pvc pipe.

Our licenced plumber reconfigured the pipework before testing the repair then the entire spa return line to find it secure.

We backfilled, cleaned and reinstated the site.
