This morning we attended to a stormwater/rainwater drain issue at Clear Mountain, our client was not able to get any water flow from the front or rear downpipes of his dwelling into his underground rain water tank.

We inspected all the downpipes and the drains at the front and rear of the dwelling feeding into the rainwater tank. We identified a number of issues of cracks and dislodgements in the drain network.

We completed a report and provided images of the damaged sites, location of the leaks on the surface including the depth of the pipe as well a mud map for our clients follow up repairs.

We sent our client a link to dropbox of all the CCTV videos taken during the inspection.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
