This morning we attended to a reported high moisture meter readings detected in a recent pest and build inspection at a unit under contract in Morningside.

We reviewed the inspection report before we set about conduct a series of tests including pressure testing on concealed plumbing, a shower breach pressure test, inspection behind cover plates on taps, a drain test and shower base dye flood tests.

We identified a number of issues, two of which were were able to resolve. The remaining requiring another company to attend.

We phoned our client before our licenced plumber completed a report back within 24 hours with options for rectification.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
