We then attended to a reported leaking spa in West Anstead. Water was pooling on the concrete path which is adjacent to this massive infinity edge pool with spa. Our client was confident the pool was not leaking.
We pressure testing all possible spa concealed plumbing.
We removed and inspected the light fitting. Then we entered the pool and inspected around the outside of the pool penetrations and noted a large void around the suction floor pipe as well as smaller voids around two of the suction wall pipes.
We applied expoxy putty to the sites before suggesting our client take a sample of the spa water and water on the concrete path to the pool shop for comparative testing.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
