This morning we attended to a reported pool prime issue in Eastern Heights. Our client had been doing some checks with the local pool shop which identified a couple of leaks around the pump which was resolved however the prime issue remained.
We were requested to pressure test all the concealed plumbing namely the suction and return lines to ascertain whether they were secure or not. We tested these and the solar provision lines which all held pressure.
We isolated the suction feed to the water feature pump (not used)
We noted the 3 way directional valve which relates to the waste line was leaking. Our client was going to change that valve which will hopefully resolve the prime issue.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
