This morning we attended to a reported swimming pool prime issue in Parkinson. We pressure tested the suction line which held pressure. We then used our CCTv camera to inspect the suction line and identified an object which was moving causing intermittent blockage of the suction line.
We used our locator to mark the site including the depth. Our client was on site and viewed the footage in real time.
We then emailed the client CCTV footage of the video files.
Our client was going to complete the repairs himself.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
