We then attended to a reported swimming pool plumbing leak in Holland Park,
We obtained background from the client before pressure testing the return line which did not hold pressure

We then traced the line before introducing Tracer gas which gave a general area of the leak site. We then drilled a number of holes into a concrete slab in the vicinity before re introducing tracer gas which identified the most likely leak site.
We discussed options going forward with our client who decided he would look at commencing some excavations himself.
