We then attended to an urgent Ensuite shower inspection at Redland Bay, a pest and build inspection identified high moisture readings. We attended and conducted a series of tests which included water meter and shower breach tests, inspection behind mixer cover plate and a shower base flood dye test. We identified and photographed some defects and completed a report back to our purchaser the same day.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
