This morning we attended to a reported blocked or damaged stormwater drains at a rural property in Carbrook. We walked through the issues with our client before we conducted an examination of the relevant drains.
We identified two areas of the drains which were damaged.
Using our locator we marked the spots on the surface with spray paint which included the depth of the drain.
We completed a report and sent our client access to the CCTV video files via Dropbox.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
