Yesterday we attended to an address in Sherwood to conduct leak detection on three bathrooms, our client was concerned that there is mould. We conducted a series of tests which included a water meter test, shower breach test, bath breach test, drain test, flooded shower base flood tests and inspection behind mixer and taps.
We identified gaps behinds tap and bath breach which we re siliconed. We identified a gap in the grout which was drawing dye which we also re sealed. Our elderly client was on site and briefed throughout the process.
