This morning we attended to a reported leaking pool in Bowen Hills. Our client had seen water beside the pool. We inspected the site and noted a water irrigation control box was leaking. Our client still felt the pool was losing water, we then conducted a series of tests which included testing the multi port valve, pressure testing all concealed plumbing, replaced the original hydrostatic valve, removed and inspected the light fittings.
We noted a structural crack around the face of the skimmer box, we applied a bead of epoxy of the site. We inspected under the rock features noting a number of gaps where the rock s meet the pebblecrete.
We walked through the tests conducted with our client.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
