This morning we attended to a reported leaking vinyl lined swimming pool in Karana Downs. We noted water was running from the vinyl waste pipe into the stormwater drain. We then introduced our Leaktrac 2400 to test the integrity of the vinyl walls and floor. We swept the liner twice. We then dye tested skimmer box, return jets x 2 and slate steps which identified a leak in the skimmer face and the base of the slate steps in numerous sites where the tile meets the plastic bead.
We applied epoxy bead to the entire areas as a preventative measure going forward.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
