We then attended to a ensuite and bathroom shower inspection in Everton Park. This property is under contract and a pest and build report recommended this testing. We conducted a series of tests which includes pressure test, shower breach tests, drain test, simulated shower test and finally a shower base dye flood test. This identified the ensuite shower base was leaking and other issues were noted. Our client was onsite and briefed throughout before we completed a comprehensive report with rectification options going forward.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
