We then attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete swimming pool on a rental property in Graceville, our property manager client requested us to attend and conduct a series of tests. This included checking the multi port valve on the sand filter, removing the light fitting and inspected the light cable before applying some epoxy putty, pressure testing of all possible concealed plumbing which included the suction and return lines and the solar suction lines.

We then tested all the penetrations using a hydrophone microphone and dye testing before entering the pool an inspecting the main drain including the hydrostatic valve. We noted the valve to be broken and simply sitting on top. We removed the thread part of the valve which was in the drain before supplying and installing a new 50mm hydrostatic valve.
