This morning we attended to a reported leaking upstairs shower in Carina Heights.We first conducted a water meter tested and noted a water loss of 360 litres per day or 1 litre every 4 minutes. We checked and isolated all services inside the house and noted the downstairs shower mixer to be leaking water.
We then conducted a series of tests which identified a leak site in the front left hand corner of the shower base where dye was seen escaping then appearing under tiles ands at the bathroom entrance. Further clear water was seen coming from the adjacent to the vanity and shower. We showed our client our results then provided him with some options going forward.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
