This morning we attended to a reported water leak in Springwood, we tested the multi port valve before hydrophoned tested the skimmer box, returns x 3 main drain.
We entered the pool and dye tested the hydrostatic valve which was definitely leaking.
We replaced the 50 mm hydrostatic valve before re dye testing to find it now secure.
We applied some epoxy putty bead to the outside of one of the return jets which was suspected of leaking.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
