We then attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Tarragindi, we first noticed the slab supporting the pump filtration system was not level and had subsided. We tested the multi port valve then set about pressure testing all concealed plumbing. We then entered the pool and inspected and replaced the original hydrostatic valve before removing both light fittings and dye testing where the cable penetrates the shell.
We phoned our client and appraised him accordingly before completing an email with images, videos and a report of the works performed.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
