This morning we attended to a reported leaking ensuite shower in Daisy Hill. We conducted a series of tests which included water meter test, pressure test, shower breach test, drain test, simulated shower test, vanity drain test and a shower base flood dye test. During the shower base flood test we identified gaps in the grout around the pebble feature where two areas were found to be drawing dye.
We showed our client our findings before completing a report, images and video to be forwarded to their insurance company for assessment.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
