This morning we attended to a reported concealed water leak in Redland Bay, we conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 2335 litres per day, a pressure test failed. We then traced the line and introduced a combination of compressed air/water and tracer gas before identifying a leak site under the concrete drive, we drilled a number of holes before identifying the leak site. We then used a quickcut concrete saw to remove a section of concrete. We excavated to locate a failed 25mm poly pipe. Our licenced plumber completed the repair before we tested the repair then the entire line to find it secure. We backfilled the site with sand before reinstated the concrete section then cleaned the whole site.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
