This morning we attended to a reported concealed water leak in Acacia Ridge. We conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 288 litres per day. We isolated the water supply into the house which stopped the leak. We then entered the house and isolated all the services namely toilets, hot water service and taps then rechecking the water meter. We located the leak being a leaking toilet cistern in the main bathroom. After isolating the toilet and rechecking the water meter, now showed no movement. Our client will engage their maintenance plumber to resolve the leak.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
