This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Kepera, after obtaining the background information from our client we conducted a number of tests which included checking the multi port valve on the sand filer. This valve was leaking which meant water was running to waste whilst in filtration mode. Our licenced plumber installed an in line shut off valve. We pressure tested all the concealed plumbing to find them all secure. We entered the pool and checked and replaced the 50mm hydrostatic valve before examining and dye and hydrophone testing all other penetrations including skimmer box, returns x 2, main drain and hydrostatic valve.
