We then attended to a reported swimming pool leak in Holland Park West, after conducting a series of tests which included testing the multi port valve, pressure testing all possible concealed plumbing, using a hydrophone microphone to test the skimmer boxes x 2, main drain including hydrostatic valve, return and spa jets and blower jets. We entered the pool and noted the existing hydrostatic valve “O” ring was protruding from its base. We replaced the hydrostatic valve before inspecting and dye testing the skimmer faces and all penetrations. We noted one of the spa jets appeared to be leaking where it penetrated the tiles. We applied epoxy putty before re dye testing to find it secure.
