We then attended to another reported leaking ensuite shower in Cleveland. We conducted a series of tests before confirming the leak source was a failed waterproofing membrane in the shower base. Dye was seen escaping through a separate leak site whilst a shower base flood dye test was conducted. Water was seen leaking dripping onto the ceiling below the ensuite. As well as wetness on the carpet in the hallway adjoining the shower. We walked through our testing with the owner and forwarded the video file of the leak site with recommendations going forward

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
