This morning we returned to Wynnum to repair a broken return pipe that we previously detected. Our client, who was also a tradesman was able to cut the concrete and expose the leak site. This allowed for a large saving for the homeowner. The cause of the leak was deemed to be a large tree root which had caused the pipe to crack. We removed the damaged section of a pipe and reconfigured the pipework away from the tree root. We retested the line to show that the pipework was now secure.
