Today we attended to a reported water leak on the mains service. Upon arrival, we ascertained that the water loss was approximately 720 litres per day. We traced the line, introduced a combination of both compressed air and tracer gas and located the leak under pavers at a depth of close to 800mm. We repaired the leak, backfilled the hole, reinstated the pavers and gave the affected area a pressure wash for our pensioner client.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
