We then attended to shower leak testing in Raceview, this was as a result of a pest and build report identified high moisture readings in the shower wall. We tested the water supply to to the shower taps. We then capped the shower head and tested from up to the shower head. We then inspected behinds the shower taps which identified a gap in the silicone. Our licensed plumber resealed both taps. We then conducted a drain test then finally a shower base dye flood test. We identified a leak site and further gaps where the shower screen meets the tiles. We phoned our client and brief him on our findings before completing a report including images and videos before the clause expired on his contract to purchase the property.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
