We then attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Balmoral, our clients having removed some palm trees close to the pool damaged some pool pipework. We attended and pressure tested all concealed plumbing namely suction, return , solar suction and solar return which confirmed the solar suction provision was the compromised line. As it was not being used the most cost effective way for our client was simply plug the damaged unused line. We then removed the light fitting and dye tested the cable penetrating the shell. Our licensed plumber also re routed the waste discharge line away from the electrical power points.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
