Today we attended to a swimming pool leak in an apartment building in Bowen Hills. Upon arrival we noticed that an inline shut off valve was installed in the waste line. This is indicative of a faulty multi-port valve which allows water to leak to waste whilst in filtration mode.

This valve was inadvertently left in the open position following a recent and regular pool maintenance service. After confirming that the multi-port valve was indeed faulty, which simply turned the shut off valve to the correct off position and rectified the issue.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
