Yesterday we attended to another swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Redland Bay. We first conducted a physical examination of the pool before completing the following tests, pump filtration testing under load , pressure testing all possible concealed plumbing. Using a hydrophone microphone checking the penetrations for leaks over the skimmer box, return jets x 3, x 2 solar heating jets, and main drain. Finally an in pool inspection of the walls and floor. We were able to provide a detailed report and overview of our finding back to the client with 24hours.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
