Yesterday we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Victoria Point. We first conducted a physical examination of the pool before completing the following tests, pump filtration testing under load , pressure testing all possible concealed plumbing. Using a hydrophone microphone checking the penetrations for leaks over the skimmer box, return jets x 3, x 2 solar heating jets, and main drain. Finally an in pool inspection of the walls and floor. We also got on the roof to ensure that the solar heating system was in working order.
