We then attended to a reported leaking concrete pool in Mansfield. We noted upon our arrival the water level was well below the skimmer box and cutting through the return lines. We pressure tested the return line which held pressure, we then entered the pool and inspected and reset the hydrostatic valve which appeared to have debris around the top o ring. We then inspected the pool shell noting there were 4 x vertical cracks previously siliconed. We noted a further crack below one of the existing which we could insert our syringe in fully. Given the lack of water in the pool we were unable to confirm the leak site. We advised the tenants to refill and monitor water levels.
