Following this, we conducted a CCTV Stormwater inspection in Pallara. A newly built was experiencing constant wet patches on the left hand side of the property. We entered the storm system at multiple points and attempted to inspect the entire line. A large portion of the pipework was full of water and made it very difficult to indentify imperfections in the problem area. Issues this this are common when the pipework doesn’t have sufficient fall or gradient to allow the water to discharge to the street.
