This morning we attended to a reported leaking tiled pool in Elanora, our client only purchased the property 6 months ago and suspects it has been leaking since then. We conducted the following initial testing – pump filtration, skimmer box, return jets, spa jets and main drain inspection. We entered the pool (bloody freezing) and tested and replaced the hydrostatic valve. We noted a hairline crack in the skimmer face and applied a epoxy bead. We noted a number of tiles were missing on the wall, further examination noted a large gap between the back of the tile and the concrete shell.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
