This morning we attended to a reported concealed water leak in Forest Lake a water meter test revealed a leak of 720 litres per day, water was noted pooling adjacent to the house near the outside tap, a pressure test failed, we traced the line then drilled a number of pilot holes which helped pinpoint the probable leak site. We then used a quickcut concrete saw and removed a section of concrete before finding the leak being a failed copper/poly joiner. Our licensed plumber completed the repair before we tested the repair then the line to find the line now secure. We reinstated the concrete and clean the site before assisting our client with an insurance and water rebate application through their water provider.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
