Yesterday we attended to a bathroom inspection in Tanah Merah. Our client had witnessed water marks on the ground floor ceiling directly below the bathroom. We conducted a series of tests which included:

1) Pressure test of the entire water service
2) Pressure test of the pipework in between the breech and the outlet
3) Checking the integrity silicone behind tap penetrations
4) Checking integrity of all remaining silicone
5) Shower drain test
6) Flood & die test of the shower base
7) Simulated shower test of the walls

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
