We attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Redland Bay we first conducted a physical examination of the pool noting a number of loose coping tiles, before completing the following tests, pump filtration testing under load noting the multi port valve was leaking, pressure testing all possible concealed plumbing. Using a hydrophone microphone checking the penetrations for leaks over the skimmer box, return jets x 3 , solar in and solar return provision jets , main drain including hydrostatic valve. We then entered the pool and conducted an in pool inspection of the walls and floor and pool coping. We phoned our client briefing him before completing a written report including images within 24 hours.
