This morning we attended to a reported concrete swimming pool leak in Algester. We tested the multi port valve then hydrophoned and dye tested all the penetrations namely the skimmer, returns x2 spa jets x 8, main drain and skimmer box. We then pressure tested all the concealed plumbing including the suction, return and spa lines. Finally we entered the pool and tested and replaced the hydrostatic valve before inspecting the water line tiles before finding 3 separate cracks/gaps in the grout. We dye tested then puttied over the suspect sites.
