This morning we attended to swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Redland Bay we first conducted a physical examination of the pool before completing the following tests, pump filtration testing under load, pressure testing all possible concealed plumbing, inspection of the pebblecrete pool shell checking for cracks imperfections. Using a hydrophone microphone checking the penetrations for leaks over the skimmer box, return jets, light, solar provisions , main drain and hydrostatic valve before entering the pool and dye testing the aforementioned. Finally an in pool inspection of the walls and floor using dive tanks and weight belts checking for any cracks or defects in the concrete shell. We phoned our client briefing him before completing a written report including images on the same day.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
