We then travelled to an urgent leaking swimming pool in West Lakes our client phone us yesterday advising she had lost 25 cm of water in one day. We attended and immediately tested the hydrostatic valve and found it to be leaking. We entered the pool and dye testing the valve noting it was broken dye was escaping down the main drain. We removed, replaced and dye tested the site to confirm it to be now secure. This pool would have completing drain if left unattended.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
