This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase in North Lakes. This is a swim/spa fibreglass pool , we immediately noted a number of vertical hairline cracks in the fibreglass, we then inspected the very complicated pump filtration system whilst under load. We used a hydrophone microphone before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations including the hair line cracks. We then used Leak Trac 2400 to sweep the fibreglass walls and floor checking it for leaks. Our buyer client was onsite and briefed throughout before we completed a detailed report including images on the same day.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
