This morning we attended to investigate water pooling near a pool pump. We asked the client prior to our visit to conduct a series of tests. We then conducted a CCTV inspection on the stormwater/sewer system. We access all relevant drains which identified two areas of concern 1/. A large damaged section of drain close to the house. We pin pointed the location on the surface including the depth of the drain using our RD7100 locator. We then identified a section damaged section in an separate drain before pinpointing the location and depth of drain. Our client was onsite through out the inspection. We completed our report before sending through CCTV video files of the areas referred for his follow up excavation and repair.
