This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Edens Landing. We had previously located a leak in the structural crack however we were advised it was still leaking. We hydrophoned the structural crack which had been puttied over as well as the return and spa jets. We then entered the pool and dye tested the structural crack and identified 2 other leaks which we puttied over. We then inspected and dye tested the return and spa jets. This pool does not have a main drain or hydrostatic which is extremely rare. We not a round piece of pebblecrete was missing on the pool floor. We dye tested there and applied an epoxy bead. We sent our landlord client a detailed report and a plan going forward.
