We then attended to locate a concealed water leak for one of our plumber colleagues in Wishart. We conducted a water meter test which revealed a huge leak of 12342 litres per day, a pressure test failed , after tracing the line we introduced compressed air and located the leak close to the meter box, We showed our elderly client before phoning our plumber to arrange his attendance to complete the repair. We excavate the site to assist our colleague. We applied a pensioner discount and assisted her to make a claim for some of the excess water charges through her water provider.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
