We then attended to a reported fibreglass pool which was losing prime, we inspected the pump filtration system, replacing some o rings, we then inspected the skimmer box and noted some previous puttied areas noting what appeared to be a small crack at the base of the skimmer we puttied over same. We then blew both the suction and return lines with compressed air in an attempt to clear any blockages. We then pressure tested both the suction and return lines which both held pressure. We then ran a direct feed from the pump into the pool effectively by passing the skimmer box which resolved the issue. We pulled through a float and draw string in the suction line in an attempt to clear any blockage.
