This morning we attended to a reported leaking swimming pool return line in Brookefield. A previous contractor had attended but was unable to locate the leak site. We conducted a pressure test of the return line which failed to hold. We then introduced a combination of air and water then tracer gas which directed us to a return jet close to the skimmer box. We excavated to locate the return pipe coming from the return jet but then heading deep underground to connect to the pump/filtration which was located on a lower level to the pool. Given these facts we suggested and referred our client to another contractor to explore a No Dig repair option.
