This morning we attended to a reported water leak in Tarragindi, our client having just purchased the property was concerned by the pest and build inspection recommending leak detection. We conducted a water meter test then a pressure test which confirmed a leak of 288 litres per day. After tracing the line and introducing compressed air we located the leak source being a failed 25mm poly 90 degree fitting. We liaised with the vendor’s plumber who would attend and complete the repair. We phoned and updated our client before sending a report including video of the leak site.
