This morning we attended to a reported leaking swimming pool in Palm Meadows. After obtaining background information we inspected under the pool to see water weeping from the concrete shell of the pool under the skimmer box. We conducted a series of tests including plugging and dye testing the skimmer box and pressure testing the suction line which did not hold pressure. We completed a report referring our client to another contractor to canvas whether a non invasive repair is an option given the suction line is encased in the concrete shell.
