We then attended to a reported concealed water leak in Mansfield. Our plumber client requested us to attend and assist in locating the leak. Our water meter test revealed a leak of 3200 litres per day . A pressure test failed. After tracing the line we introduced a combination of compressed air and tracer gas before locating the leak location to be in the front lawn. We excavated to locate a failed 16mm poly pipe at a depth of 600mm directly on top of electrical conduit. We prepared the site and rang our referring plumber who would attend the same day to complete the repair.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
