This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Redland Bay We conducted a physical examination over the entire pool checking the coping. We pressure tested all possible concealed plumbing. We entered the pool and inspected/dye tested all the penetrations namely the skimmer box, 3 return jets, 2 solar suction jets, 1 solar return jet, 2 lights ,main drain and hydrostatic valve. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the walls and floor looking for any imperfections. We checked the pump filtration system . We phoned our client to provide an update before completing a written report including photos/videos on the same day.
