This morning we attended to a reported leaking shower in Eight Mile Plains. Our client is in the process of purchasing the property and a pest and build identified a potential issue. We first conducted a water meter test on the water supply, then pressure tested the cold then hot lines. We then conducted a shower breach test. We then conducted individual tests on the drains namely bath, vanity and shower. This identified a leaking bath drain
which we videoed. We then conducted a shower base flood dye test. This test realised a leak which we videoed. We then conducted a simulated shower test testing the walls tiles, mixer and brackets. Our client was onsite throughout the testing. We forwarded him the videos and a written report on the same day.
